A Dependable Device to measure the contact resistance of various kinds of switches
This device measures the contact resistance of a circuit breaker, disconnecting switch or various kinds of switches by the four-terminal method. The voltage drop of the contact resistance is measured and indicated by conducting 100A d.c. current through the conductor of which the contact resistance is to be measured.
SALIENT FEATURES
- 1/ Compact, Light-weight and Easy to transport.
- 2/ Two input voltages, i.e. AC 100V and AC 200V, available.
- 3/ Different types of connectors to avoid miss-connections of external connection cables.
- 4/ With an output current of 100A, the measured contact resistance can be indicated in either resistance or voltage.
- 5/ The output current is automatically cut off if the current conducting time exceeds 15 seconds.
